Manzama Leading the Way in Legal Software – Peter Ozolin, CEO of Manzama, joined Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) at the February Central Oregon PubTalk to deliver an update on the company’s recent exit. The 2010 Bend Venture Conference (BVC) winner was acquired by Diligent Corp., adding to the list of exits in the BVC portfolio. Ozolin stated that the acquisition provides a platform for Manzama to scale and grow. Manzama’s software platform helps law firms search, classify and rank legal and industry-specific sources to make informed business decisions while supporting business development initiatives.
