The oldest two-year college in Oregon, COCC provides comprehensive college services to the residents of its nearly 10,000-square-mile district. COCC offers two-year associate degrees, transfer degrees, career and technical education degrees and certificates, developmental courses, continuing education and community learning classes, industry-specific training programs, adult basic skills including GED preparation classes, and business management assistance.
Central Oregon Association of Realtors
The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS® (COAR) is the voice of the real estate industry in Baker, Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Jefferson, Harney, Union, Wallowa, and Wheeler counties (excluding the portion that lies within the boundaries of the Warm Springs Reservation). COAR serves REALTORS® by maintaining ethical standards, providing continuing education, promoting the value of REALTORS®, and advocating on behalf of the real estate industry.

Opportunity Knocks is a 501 (c)(6) private nonprofit organization that serves the Central Oregon business community. OK matches industry and community leaders to build facilitated synergistic teams. Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA)
Chartered in 1972, the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit founded to help benefit its 700+ member companies in Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Gilliam, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Malheur, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler counties. Today, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and other related businesses from throughout Central Oregon make up the COBA's diverse membership, joining forces to represent a wide range of industry interests.
Oregon State University-Cascades
OSU-Cascades' academic programs reflect Central Oregon’s vibrant economy and abundant natural resources. Input from area businesses and industries has helped develop and enhance programs in computer science, energy systems engineering, hospitality management, outdoor products, and kinesiology. At full build out, OSU-Cascades will offer as many as 50 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Crook County
Geographically Crook County, with a population of approximately 26,845, is Oregon’s most centrally located county. Founded in 1882, the county seat, Prineville, has a population of 10,370. It is the only incorporated population center within Crook County. Powell Butte, Post and Paulina are the other communities found within the county.
