Youth CareerConnect's expansion in Sisters boosts job growth opportunities for students through internships.
Students in Sisters now have additional opportunities for job growth thanks to the expansion of Youth CareerConnect’s internship program throughout the Sisters community. Larry Holeman, the internship coordinator for both Sisters and Redmond, works with the business community and Sisters High School to create internships that are equally valuable for both students and businesses.
As job growth continues, the demand for experienced workers is on the rise. Businesses have started to see the benefits of investing in youth in order to support the next generation of workers.
