Oregon is the largest softwood lumber producer in the U.S. With 30.5 million acres of forestlands, about 50% of the total landmass of the state is covered in forest. With seven aggregate operations throughout Central Oregon, Hooker Creek is a leading manufacturer of aggregate materials.
The architecture, engineering and construction industry is rapidly evolving. Local startups ToPa 3D and FiOR Innovations were born out of the need for reality capture services to document buildings and stream rich 2D and 3D images for contractors in the field.
Chartered in 1972, the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is the region’s leading authority and driving force behind the promotion, protection and improvement of the building industry. Builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and other related businesses from throughout Central Oregon join forces to represent a wide range of industry interests.
