Chartered in 1972, the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit founded to help benefit its 700+ member companies in Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Gilliam, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Malheur, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler counties. Today, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and other related businesses from throughout Central Oregon make up the COBA's diverse membership, joining forces to represent a wide range of industry interests.
